BIO AND WORK HISTORY

Hello! My name is Mikey and I'm a video game developer and designer.
From 2020 to 2021 I was employed as a game/unity developer at the Devhouse Agency where I spent time improving my programming skills in Unity C#, and gained hands on experience working with clients.

From 2021 - 2022 I was employed at Wonder Works Studio where I lead a small department of game designers. Our responsibilities included UX, narrative, system design, and economy design. We worked on both client projects and our own original studio IPs.
From 2023 to 2024 I was employed at Supersocial where we created metaverse games on Roblox for various client projects. While at Supersocial I was an associate game designer but found myself specializing more in economy design and progression.
Currently I work for Paradoxum Games where I work on a project called Tower Defense Simulator doing live-ops, designing events, and balancing the gameplay and economy.

Outside of development I like to spend my time reading, playing video games with friends, taking art lessons or playing with my cat! (His name is Trashboat)
